name, address or Social Security number. Other sources may supply information
such as your motor vehicle records and consumer reporting
agencies. Once you become an CSG Insurance Services client, your transactions with us may

We use the information to establish your insurance policy, process claims
and service your account. As permitted by law, the information arising from
the underwriting and claims processes may be disclosed to other
non-affiliated third parties, such as an independent claims
adjustor, to service your policy. These non-affiliated third parties
